With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve has established a distinguished career in home building. His journey began at the age of 17 when he joined a framing crew in Framingham, Massachusetts. After five years of hands-on experience and completing night classes at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Steve launched his own framing company, quickly earning a reputation for speed and quality craftsmanship. Over the years, he has grown into one of Massachusetts’ premier home builders, with notable projects spanning the MetroWest area of Boston and Cape Cod. Steve’s unwavering attention to detail and exceptional work ethic continue to set him apart as a leader in the field.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Rhode Island, Steve joined O'Leary Builders. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, he manages the company's marketing and sales, along with planning and budgeting for specific projects. Steve coordinates with subcontractors, engineers, customers, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction in entrepreneurship and finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
